TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED AND PROVIDED
The personal data collected on this website, either independently or through third parties, are in particular the cookies (see the Cookie Policy [create link] below).
Chiavette Unificate also keeps the technical data relating to the connections (log) to allow the security checks required by law and in order to improve the quality of services offered and customise them in relation to the needs of users/visitors.

THE PURPOSE, METHOD AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data collected on this site will be processed electronically by Chiavette Unificate for the purposes indicated below:
a) allow the proper functioning of the website and improve the User's browsing experience (see the Cookie Policy [create link]), subject to the User's consent given through the appropriate banner;
b) allow the Controller to manage messages and respond adequately to requests of any kind sent by the User through the appropriate contact form; in this case, processing is based on the compliance with a specific request and, therefore, on the legitimate interest of the Controller in providing prompt feedback and on the possible need to carry out pre-contractual measures to be taken at the request of the User;

DURATION OF THE PROCESSING
The data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and, in any event, will be erased, in the event of a request made through the contact form, after 60 days from their submission. Navigation data will be processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User: the User may always request the interruption of the Processing or deletion of data, which he/she may do independently through his/her browser, accessing the settings and removing the cookies stored in his/her terminal.

NATURE OF THE PROVISION
The provision of personal data for the purposes indicated above is optional, however, failure to provide such data will prevent the Controller, respectively, to take charge of the User's request and to navigate properly on this website.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA COMMUNICATION
The data collected may be disclosed to persons authorised by Chiavette Unificate to the organisation-management of the site (e.g., administrative staff, customer service personnel, lawyers, system administrators), instructed and trained on the methods of processing and on compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data, or to external parties (e.g., third party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies) expressly appointed as Processors by the Controller. The data collected, outside of the aforementioned circumstances, are not subject to disclosure or communication to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law and, in any event, in the manner permitted by it. Likewise, they are not transferred to non-EU countries.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
The EU Regulation reserves the right to obtain from the Controller access to and correction or erasure of personal data, as well as the right to request limitation of the processing of personal data or to object to it. The data subject shall also have the right to withdraw his or her consent to the processing of his or her personal data and to request data portability.
