The processing of your data will be based on the question you asked and, for this same reason, on the possible need to carry out any pre-contractual measures at your request or on the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the Controller in responding to your request.
The data may only be communicated to persons who may be designated as processors (e.g. consultants in the field of computer assistance, any hosting companies, etc..) and to internal staff authorised by the Controller to provide feedback and, in general, instructed in the methods of processing.    
Your data, except in the cases provided for, will not be assigned, disseminated or transferred to countries outside the EU.
Your data will be kept for the time necessary to respond to your requests and will be erased, at the latest, after 60 days from their submission.
The provision of the data requested in the form in order to receive feedback is optional. Failure to provide such data will prevent the Controller to provide a response to your request.
As data subject, in the cases provided for, you are guaranteed the exercise of the following rights: right of access to the data provided, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to portability of data. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of the data provided and to object to it (Article 15 and following Regulation (EU) 2016/679). These rights may be asserted by written request to the Controller.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (
