Feather keys and woodruff keys are normally used to transmit the torque from the shaft to the hub. They are standard products which are produced according to the following standards DIN 6885- UNI 6604 (former ISO 773) and according the following standards ISO 3912 – UNI 6606 – DIN 6888.
